Sharon Hayes Independent Stampin' Up Demonstrator

My photo
Hi stampers and crafters. I currently live in Greensboro, North Carolina although, I'm an Atlanta native. I am married, have two children and one grandchild. I love all things animal (we've) had many during our time here). I have been crafting with StampinUp! products for 21 years. I also love to make wreaths, sew, diamond paint, design custom vinyl transfer apparel and build dollhouses. I love to read and swim also. I love the beach and the mountains. Often, I'll bring my crafting supplies along on vacations, etc. Stamping and crafting is very relaxing and cathardic for me and I enjoy seeing what I can make with StampinUp!'s perfectly coordinated products.

This card was made with Delicate Pines DSP, Traditions of Christmas Stamp Set and Branching Out Dies.

Begin by cutting a full sheet of Cherry Cobbler 8 1/2" x 11" Cardstock in half and fold. This will be the card base. This card will be a landscape style card.  Cut a panel of the Delicate Pines DSP to 5 1/4" to 4". Adhere the panel to the Cherry Cobbler Card base. Die cut the Gold Foil sheet second to the smallest Label from the Branching Out Die set.  Die cut the smallest Label Die from the Branching Out Die Set with in Cherry Cobbler.  Stamp the flower bouquet from the Traditions of Christmas Stamp Set in Versamark Ink onto Whisper White Cardstock.  Heat emboss this image with Gold Embossing Powder.  Color the image in with Old Olive and Cherry Cobbler Stampin' Blends.  Cut four pine cones from the Branching out Dies along with two of the long berry stems from the Earthen Tone Metallic Sheet.  Die cut two of the short berry stems in Cherry Cobbler Cardstock from the same set along with four of the pine branches in Garden Green cardstock.  Layer the smaller Cherry Cobbler Label on top of the Gold Foil label.  Adhere the colored bouquet image to the top of the layered labels. Adhere the branches, the berry stems and the pine cones as shown to the back of the layered panels as shown. Add the Merry and Bright label from the Greetings For You Mix and Match Ephemera pack to the top of the bouquet just above the bow.
